SIGEP 2020: Rogelfrut explores fruit across the board

The worldâs most important professional event dedicated to Artisan Gelato, Pastry, Bakery and the Coffee World returns. Across the board, Rogelfrut offers a wealth of innovations among their products this year, from ice cream classics to modern bakeries, bars and cafĂ©s.
Fruit across the board: this company from Piedmont, which has gained a reputation over the years for quality and innovation in the production of fruit purées and frozen fruit, comes to Sigep 2020 with a range of innovative preparations, perfect for a clientele in search of new inspirations and ideas. In over 40 years of business, Rogelfrut has made history with high-quality fruit-based raw materials for the artisan and industrial sectors: from IQF frozen fruit to the range of fruit purées and new products introduced year after year (from semi-candied fruit to coulis and smoothies) used in ice-cream production, bakeries, restaurants and bars.
The company has reached a turnover of 30 million euros and has its head office in Rossana, in the province of Cuneo, but ensures constant international development thanks to the branches in Germany and in France, dedicated to the European market and to a series of developing distributors throughout the world.
At Sigep 2020, Rogelfrut will be presenting some previews and innovative preparations, for classic ice creams and the bakery world, organised by Maestro Alessandro Racca, not to mention bars and cafés, with the support of Stefano Renzetti, bartender and internationally recognised trainer.
