Pesca Saturnia Sorbet
The Pesca Saturnia ®, or “Saturn Peach”, has been produced for 30 years in the hilly areas crossed by the Chienti river, in the province of Macerata and Fermo, and mainly in the towns of Montecosaro, Montegranaro and Civitanova Marche.

- SUCROSE 755 gr
- DEXTROSE 205 gr
- GLUCOSE 330 gr
- FRUIT BASE 50 150 gr
- PEACH SATURNIA PUREE 2000 gr
- WATER 1560 gr
Mix the powders with the water homogeneously and pasteurize as usual.
Add the puree obtained to the mixture and stir.
Blast chill properly and serve in a showcase or well at a temperature of -12 ° C.
