Apricot jam
RogelFrut has always combined its industrial vision with the values of craftsmanship. This apricot jam has a very high fruit content. We use 120g of apricots to produce 100g of finished product. A product with a short ingredient list, with no added pectin. Available in two versions: smooth and with fruit pieces.

A range of products with a very high percentage of fruit, with no added pectin, which remain stable even when cooked or frozen. Perfect for high-quality artisanal applications, these jams - both smooth and with fruit pieces - are ideal for preserving the true flavour of the fruit.
Store at room temperature. After opening, we recommend storing for up to 7-10 days at 4°C with a keep-fresh lid.
