Versatile and with a low sugar content, our poached cherries are perfect for the finest swirls, in the production of both ice creams and parfaits.

Cherries (65% +/- 5%), sucrose, glucose syrup

55 +/- 5.0%

Perfect for marbling ice cream, thanks to its softness even at low temperatures, as well as its characteristic full-bodied texture. It can be used for creating soft inserts, decorations, or as a base for creating high fruit content swirls.

Store at temperatures lower than -18°C and use preferably by the best before date. In order to best preserve all the fruit’s organoleptic qualities, thaw at room temperature or in the refrigerator at 4°C for around 8-12 hours.Â
