The GELATISSIMO fair in Stuttgart is the largest artisan ice cream fair north of the Alps. There are now many exhibitors in the sector who present the news and trends in the ice cream sector to the North European public. The proposals vary from raw materials to the most innovative sector technologies and equipment.

Through the association with INTERGASTRA, one of the most important European trade fairs for the gastronomy and hotel industry, commercial visitors from Germany and abroad are offered an additional offer in the areas of kitchen technology, environment and equipment, as well as drinks and coffee.

Rogelfrut, which has achieved a turnover of 30 million euros, has its headquarters in Rossana, in the province of Cuneo, but guarantees constant international development thanks to the branches present in Germany and France, dedicated to the European market, and to a series of distributors in strong development all over the world.

At Gelatissimo 2020 the company presents, in the wake of the success achieved at Sigep in Rimini, some previews and applications that will be declined in the world of classic ice cream and bar.
