Rogelfrut avocado is of the Haas variety. It has a bright green pulp and a solid consistency. It is a ready-to-use product, already peeled and diced to allow time savings in the preparation of the finished product. It can be used in the necessary quantities and does not require total defrosting thanks to the IQF freezing of the cubes. It has unique properties. It is an excellent source of calcium and potassium and also contains significant quantities of fiber and monounsaturated fats.

Suggestions for use

Ideal for the preparation of avocado toast, in combination with fish, in salad, in the preparation of poke and for the preparation of a gourmet ice cream or a 100% vegan smoothie.

Storage recommendations

Store at temperatures lower than -18°C and use preferably by the best before date. In order to best preserve all the fruits organoleptic qualities, thaw at room temperature or in the refrigerator at 4°C for around 8-12 hours.Â
